How to Make a Negroni

Garnish with orange and only orange

Negroni recipe. Stir Bombay Sapphire gin, sweet vermouth and Campari or Aperol in an old fashioned glass with cubed ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

The Negroni

The Negroni was, the scholars say, invented for the ‘mad’ Count of Negroni in 1919, who had implored his barkeep to mix him a stronger drink than his usual. Clever Count.
